Yemenis Reiterate Solidarity with Gaza in Massive Rally in Sanaa

IQNA – Over a million people took part in a rally in Sanaa, the capital of Yemen, on Friday to reaffirm their solidarity with the people of the Gaza Strip.

The rally was staged under the motto of “Along with Gaza We Will Stand against US and Other Aggressors”. 

The demonstrators issued a statement in which they praised the epic resistance and steadfastness of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in the face of the Zionist regime, Al-Alam reported.

The statement assured the people of Palestine that Yemen will continue to stand by them and keep carrying out military operations in solidarity with Palestinians.

It also stressed the need for student movements in support of Palestine around the world, including those in the US, Britain, Italy, Germany, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Japan, Australia, Sweden, Norway and Latin American countries, to continue.

Elsewhere in the statement, the people of Yemen lauded the Moroccans and Bahrainis for their solidarity with Palestine, opposition to normalization of ties with the Zionist regime and boycotting Israeli products.

Yemenis have declared their open support for Palestine’s struggle against the Israeli occupation since the regime launched a devastating war on Gaza on October 7.

 

Yemeni Armed Forces have said that they won’t stop their attacks until Israeli ground and aerial offensives in Gaza, which have killed at least 38,350 people and wounded another 88,033 individuals, come to an end.
